Please check that you or your service user is using the correct email. In most cases, people have forgotten which email they used to sign up for STEPS and they have entered a wrong email.


Salaso no longer supports the Android or iPhone app you may have used in the past. Instead, access STEPS from your internet browser and download the web app as follows:


  1. Go the the STEPS login screen on your preferred device and browser.
    You can find the login screen by clicking the link found in the most recent email sent by your practitioner or Salaso.
  2. Install the app.


    If you are sure you are entering the correct email and that you are using the web app and not the Android or iPhone app, please create a ticket.
