When to contact your Clinician (Physiotherapist/Doctor)

Your healthcare professional (HCP) is the Data Controller and is responsible for your clinical care. You should contact them directly for:

  • Medical Advice: Questions about your diagnosis, symptoms, or physical condition.

  • Exercise Adjustments: If an exercise is too difficult, causing pain, or if you need your plan changed.

  • Data Rights: Requests to access your full medical record or to request the deletion of your data.

  • Clinical Questions: Any queries regarding the specific course of treatment they have prescribed for you.

When to contact Salaso Help

Salaso is the Data Processor providing the technology platform. Contact our helpdesk for:

  • Access Issues: Problems logging in, forgotten passwords, or trouble with your User ID.

  • App Navigation: Difficulty finding your assigned exercises or using specific features of the STEPS Web app.

  • Technical Performance: If the video content is not loading correctly or the app feels unresponsive.

  • Issues relating to your data or account on Salaso/DPO Inquiries: If you have questions specifically regarding how Salaso processes your data on behalf of your provider (Email: dpo@salaso.com).
